Frequently asked questions

 
  • As the first step with training inquiries, we'll hop on a quick phone/Zoom call to go into depth about your goals, and to answer questions you have for me. The call is usually between ~15-30 minutes. After that, if you decide you're still interested, we'll book a complimentary session so I can take a look at your movement patterns, and so that you can make sure you feel we're a good fit.

  • Though everyone's specific training needs are different, you can always expect me to work with you on developing a structured workout plan, and to adjust that plan based on your energy and fatigue levels throughout your time working with me.

  • No way! At Michelle Stenz Fitness we are here to accommodate all levels of fitness, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced athlete! If you book a consultation then we can chat about your current level of fitness, your goals and expectations. Your program will then be designed so that it is specific to you and your individual goals.

  • Michelle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist (Pre/Post Natal Certified), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness Instructor and former Fitness Recruiter for a leading international fitness company.
